Lunch.

I am trying to lose weight.
The method I have found to most work for me is counting calories.

Confession: I hate lunch.
I also find that it comes unexpectedly... where all of a sudden I am hungry,
and I don't know what to make.
In order to be successful in my counting calories, I have to plan out what I am going to eat that day.
This makes lunch my least favorite meal.

Today, I decided to overcome that and throw together something.
I used half a slice of pita bread.
Cut up some tomatoes, onions, and chicken.
Then I added some yummy dressing,
and put it all together.

I was impressed with how delicious it was!
Plus, it filled me up and I made enough to have it tomorrow.

Also: it was only about 240 calories!

Success.
