There is not much better than a bike ride by the beach.

Last Saturday I spent the night at Emily's and her friend was nice enough to let me borrow her bike. So we hopped on and rode down the strand. It was the most fun I have had in a long time, and it was great exercise! We rode for about an hour and by the end, we were freezing and tired. 

We got to watch the sun set and then headed back to Emily's where she cooked great pasta and we watched Tombstone (for me, the first time!). Lovely night. Lovely sister time.
