This picture totally melts my heart. I remember when my cousin's daughter Alexis was born and my mom and I visited her in the hospital the day after. Now, she is 5 years old. And look at her! She was SO interested in Emily's knitting and wanted to learn herself. I was amazed at how long her fascination lasted. I love this age when they are learning to read and write, it's so fun to watch.
