Christie's 27th birthday celebration.

I am so glad I got to go!

Reason 1: I hadn't seen Emily in over a month. It's sad feeling so disconnected from your sister. So much has happened in both our lives the past month and I wanted to talk to her. It was so good driving to Corona together, getting to talk, laugh, dance, listen to good music, and just be together. I missed her.

Reason 2: Christie. She has been such a good friend to me, and I was so happy to get to celebrate with her. I have known her for almost fifteen years, so she feels like my older sister, too. She is so great with listening and giving advice and I feel totally comfortable coming to her with hard stuff. I feel lucky to know her.
